This senior hotelier is the focal point for our support and our partnership with you, as well as the key driver for improving guest satisfaction, employee motivation, and financial results. There is zero interference from any bureaucracy, and no remote layer of senior executives who tend to create high overhead costs without adding much direct value. The performance of the hotel is the absolute focus, and the teams we put in place have the same objectives and goals as the owners. This is not always the case with many standards hotel management contracts. Our goal is to partner with you to build your hotel into a successful brand.
WHAT ARE THE BASIC TERMS OF A RELATIONSHIP WITH US?
Our focus is to make the hotel as profitable as possible, and this is how we can earn our dues. We do not charge any fees from the revenue line. We usually structure our agreements as a percentage of the EBITDA achieved. We may charge a fee for general administrative costs which is kept at a reasonable level. We also look at other incentives which are tailor-made to each individual contract, and which ensure that both parties have interests and goals which are totally aligned.
